My 2c is the bumper is unique to 1963 but I don't know if the bumper brackets are unique as well. The interchange book I looked at is not helpful at all when if comes to brackets (and the bumper info there was not clearly written as well). I've driven a convertible in the winter with the top down on a clear sunny day. It was fun with the heater fan put on HIGH and the fan on FULL. "Winter" in that case was in the low 40's or high 30's. It is not a daily driver type thing to do in winter, even in some parts of Texas. Have fun with your new Plymouth. How could you not? P.S. we are probably all at least a little psychotic messing around with these well over 50 year old Mopars.
