Thanks for the response. My other question is what was the first muscle car? Every gm guy says the 64 gto. Mopar had fast cars before that though.

Mostly I think, because the Dodge was the premium brand, and the
Plymouth the economy/bargain brand. 1962 was the generally considered
the downsized year.
