1963 Plymouth for sale -- rare?

Hi all,

Not mine, but I saw this ad. (Warning the ad uses ALL CAPS which equals YELLING in Internet jive and make it  hard to 
read.)

The Plymouth is a 1963 Belvedere 2 door sedan. Is that rare? That is, were not most 1963 Plymouth 2 door sedans *Savoy* 
models?
