At the front of the hood there should be two (2) large round rubber bumpers, one at the left (drivers side), one at the right (passengers side).  There is a slotted bolt in the middle of the bumpers.  The other end is a lock nut.  You loosen the nut on the side you want to adjust and using a straight blade screw driver, since the hood is projecting up high, you and run that bumper down clockwise, and check it as you go.  Once the desired height is reached, tighten the lock nut.
