Yes, the difference between the 1962 (2166 864-5) and 1963-65 (2428 014-5) front regulators is the method the handles attached to the window crank.  Any change to a unit like a window crank would result in a new part number.  By the way, the front window regulator used on the 2dr hardtop was the same as used on the convertible and 2 door sedan. The 2 door sedan window glass was 32" wide while the 2dr hardtop and convertible glass was 34".

The 1962 rear quarter regulator was part number 2167 188-9 while 1963 was 2299 974-5.  Again, the change in the window crank shaft.  The 2 door sedan and convertible used the 1963 regulator in 1964 and 1965.

The 1964-65 2 door hardtops used part number 2428 470-1.   This time it was the size of the rear quarter glass.  1962-63 hardtops used glass 24" wide while the 1964-65 models were 30" wide.
