62 C Body qestion

Been lurking for quite awhile, just got a call from a good friend in England, he has a 1962 Chrysler Newport 2 dr hdtp/361/auto. Car has been sitting for 20 plus years yet his kids want to get it to an all Mopar show  coming in the next 2 weeks. He needs 2 rear brake drums (11"), axle seals, and all new brake cylinders. I don't know C bodies but are there 2 cylinders per wheel in the front? Any thoughts/info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
