If it's Canadian, it's not a Plymouth. Valiants in Canada from 1960 through 1966 were just Valiant, and sold at Plymouth and Dodge dealers.
The trunk lid is from a 1961 Valiant - no "toilet seat" in 1962 - although the large Valiant emblem in the centre of the trunk lid is for a 1962 Signet 200. The "Valiant by Chrysler" nameplate is correct for a 1961 Canadian Valiant.
No shots of the engine, but the Canadian-built1960-1962 Chryco cars came with a generator (alternator optional) and the slant six in 1962 used the same starter as in 1961 (Prestolite, made in Sarnia, ON). No reduction gear starters for the Canadian slant six through 1966.
Wonder what the black rocker panels are covering up. The wheel covers are correct and unique to the 1962 Signet 200.
But the 1962 Signet 200 is one car I would love to have. The 1962 Lancer GT is second. Just short a few thousand for this one.
