Re: Decoding Mystery Fender Tag

That reference is worth a look for certain. But there was variability between manufacturing plants as to codes, as far as 
I recall. So no "universal translator" exists, so to speak. Determining the the assembly plant provides the main clue as 
to the decode fender tag code possibilities.
