Single Stage Urethane Paint Question

I'm going to have the engine our of my 64 Belvedere and while it is out I want to cleanup the engine compartment.  I've checked at local stores that carry automotive paints there are several brands to consider.

I would be interested in paint brand and quality recommendations.  At a later date I hope to have the entire car painted so the color and paint I use under the hood will be the same I use for the rest of the car.
