I just did this. They don't have "build sheets", they have "build cards", or "IBM cards" for 1967 and back US built cars, and they send you a copy of that card, as everything is on microfiche now.. They no longer offer the decoding service as they are down on staff and no time to do that any longer.

Go for the more expensive option. They should give you at copy of your original punch card, the selling dealers information, plus a bunch of other stuff.
