Don't know exactly but another option is a headlamp. Keeps both hands free and the light goes where your eyes/head

p.s. Harbor Freight often has a "free" coupon for a small flashlight that has a magnet on the back to attach it metal is 
nearby.

In this sense "good" equals free (with any other purchase) but is okay as backup / spare / road trip.
