Bill,
The following Lunati Hydraulic Flat Tappet grind would probably suit your
vacuum requirements and give you a “healthy” but not obnoxious uneven/lope at
idle.
You cannot run “used” lifters on a new camshaft; ever. All lifters
will individually “mate” to each cam lobe and create a wear pattern.
Installing used lifters with their previous “wear pattern” will flatten your new
cam and send harmful/engine destroying debris throughout your motor.

my current lifters would work with, if possible. They are originals with

Dodge Polara 500, 361 cu. with torqueflite rump rump street cam
hunt Hello
Everyone, I’m going through my engine (361,
HiPo 305 hp, with torqueflite) and I’m wanting to change my cam to something
that sounds good, but allows street driving and vacuum to the brake
booster. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks, Byoung16 -- -- -- -- Please address private email -- email of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
