Re: bench testing accesories



Generally grounded with power but it seems I recall several Mopar magazine articles over the years that described 
troubleshooting windshield wiper motors to see if they work and cycle correctly. But with Mopar Action mag dead their 
website is gone, along with such articles and Mopar Muscle stuff is mixed in the Hot Rod web material.
