True, NAPA is usually great, though not all NAPAs are equal. Typically, it depends on the people behind the counter. Speaking of people, there were even a few O'Reilly stores near me that had a manager working there that, many years ago, O'Reilly built the store around, and still had paper reference books in the backroom. I think they have since retired. There are also a few old-time independent auto stores left in this town, also with all the paper parts reference books and old timers who know how to flip pages as well as press on keyboards. These are a rare breed nowadays though. It's even true at Mopar dealerships. There is a parts guy in a Dodge dealership I know who is about 75 and still works over 30 hours a week. He's been in the Mopar parts department for many decades and he seems to know more about Mopar parts than the dealer's computer system.
