I allways use loctite on my converter bolts.  Because they will come lose and then it sounds like the crank is broken when it  idles.  Mine is doing it now!!  Yes I loctited my bolts last summer but they where factory bolts now I have arp to install.  Can also cheat a little and add a small dab of  clover valve lap compound to the surface of the flex plate where it mates to the converter.  Not a lot!!  And don’t get any in the bolt hole!!!!   This will force the two surfaces to "bite" into each other and then loc tite the bolts!!  This is my plan in the next 2-3 weeks for my car.

If you disconnect your battery, put them in vinegar and when they are clean shoot them with WD-40 This also works on your battery cables. Hope this helps.
