Poly short block needed for a friend

I am trying to source a 1962-66 Poly short block or just a good block for a friend in Idahoe; zip code is 83854, city is Post Falls, and it is near the Washington State border.

 

Please let me know if any of you have a block or know of one within a couple hundred miles of this location.
