62 ny

Hey guys need to pick your brains looking at a 62 ny 4 dr a friend of mine found car been sitting for 30 plus years he sent pics looks straight and clean for what it is ,factory ac car looks to be a 413 but can't see under the ac compressor that well in pics am I right in assuming most all ny had the 413 and not a b block like 383 or 361 like some of the Newports and such? And being a 62 should be a aluminum  727 cable shift  with a ball turret instead of the slip yoke that came out in 65 correct? Guy is wanting 1000 but will take less , to be honest I love the space age dash on it , it's the one that has the glow effect correct ? Thanks for your time and input , vic
