The Federal (and TRW) pumps have the round reservoir on the back of the pump with a ~2" diameter filler neck and cap. I think the TRW pump was only used on C-bodies. Your car probably had a Federal pump originally. The Saginaw pump, which I understand to be OEM on later Mopars, has an oblong reservoir on the back which kind of looks like a pancake syrup bottle sticking up behind the pump. I'm willing to bet there are a number of old Mopar tech articles floating around on the internet with photos to show you which is which.
