The Chrysler, DeSoto and Dodge hemi blocks are different - bore centre is smallest on the Dodge and greatest on the Chrysler. Which means the Dodge block is the shortest and Chrysler the longest. This also affects the spacing of the main bearings, lengths of the crankshafts, camshafts, rocker shafts, heads, exhaust manifolds and intake manifolds.
Or to be brief, next to nothing will interchange between the three engines. I suppose carburetors could interchange, as well as generators and other external bits.
