1963 Dodge sort of "barn find"

Hi all,

Speaking of 1963 Dodges, what do you think about this sort-of "barn find" 1963 Dodge 330?

It did not meet reserve so it was a no sale. I don't know the reserve, but my 2c is the seller should have sold it to the highest  bidder. It will take some serious cash and labor to bring the MW back to the glory days version.

What say you?
