Thanks! The replies and some coffee helped me recall that the last year of a "Golden Commando" fender script was 1963.

After 1963 the 1964-65 Plymouth B-Body & 1965 Plymouth A-Body with 273 4-Barrel Engine had the "Commando V8" Fender Emblem, per   https://www.herbsparts.com/proddetail.asp?prod=VC196

1966 B-Body & 1966-67 Barracuda with 273 4-Barrel Engine had a "Commando V8" Fender Emblem, per
