Yes it can be cut down, or you can go to your local chrysler dealer and
order an new one from mopar performance

I've brought this up before, I located an OEM RB engine oil pan for my
'64 Savoy. Still can't find the right pick up tube. The pan is about a 1/2 in
swallower the all repo pans. Can a longer tube be cut down?

Missed what your application was
with the pan. I know my Moroso pan is very close to the crosslink on
my '65 Belvedere RB engine.

Finally got my Jeg's oil pan # 50274 today which
was ordered in May. It looks just like the 971 pan, so it should work. The
pic shows how it compares to a Moroso 971 pan. The Mopar performance oil
pan from Jeg's and Summit has also been on backorder.
