Hello all,I'm way behind in getting my '64 300 back on the road this year, but I finally did the service I needed to do today, then fired it up. It runs great, except the throttle pedal is being pulled to the floor by some unseen force, and the engine revs to the moon. It just occurred to me that it might be a sticky kickdown; is that possible? Could it be something else? The throttle springs on the carb are in good condition, and the car ran absolutely fine when I drove it last. I don't see anything (at least from above) that shows something is wrong. Any suggestions? I'll try to get the front up in the air tomorrow after work for some sleuthing...Thanks!~S~
