The part # for studs for the left side will work on the right and give you right hand threads all the way around!   You do know you will need to cut the swedg to remove the old studs with out probably damaging your axle?  You do know you should have the studs pressed in and the drum swedged back into place?

I'm going to be in a salvage yard, I'll give a try at finding some I can take out.  I also have a NAPA number that is probably good, 641-1610.
