Not positive James but I think the only reason for the side exit was to keep exhaust fumes from being sucked in if you were driving with the rear window down. Dan From: 1962to1965mopars@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:1962to1965mopars@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of James Elsmore Hi, I am getting ready to order a TTI exhaust system for my '64 Plymouth wagon. According to TTI, the station wagons have a side exit exhaust at the rear, while non wagons have the turn down exhaust that exits at rear bumper. I don't like the look of the side exit, so my question is will the turn down exhaust fit or is the wagon spare tire well the reason why only side exit works? -- -- Please address private email -- email of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
