Bill,
This modification to the engine mount bracket will allow the engine to move back and give needed clearance between the Pitman Arm and the header tube. Rich K. and I both had to do this after installation since TTI forgot to include this instruction. This modification will allow the engine to move back up to 1/2" inch. K-frames were made in 4 different plants and each has a small variation. Your trans mount should be slotted to accept the 1/2" or less needed. Your driveshaft should be fine and room on the spline for the movement.
Here is a copy of the instructions and several photos of the modification that Rich did to the bracket before and after.

Subject: TTI Headers & Driveline
My instructions state the possibility of notching the engine mounts and sliding the the engine back 1 inch for header to suspension clearance. Anyone have to do this? How do you deal with the trans mount? Also im likely going to have to cut my driveshaft down too...correct?
