This was my front yard midway through the storm. Pretty steady 40 mph winds with gusts over 50. Lost power for a couple of hours. Thanks goodness for wood heat and a generator. We ended up with 2 feet and are expecting another foot on Friday. Spring in Maine seems a LONG way away.

Subject: Midwest Weather
My sympathy to our brothers in the northeast. But our weather here today was fabulous for January in the midwest, 60 degrees. So I got the 63 out for a short spin today. Unfortunately the other shoe is supposed to fall this weekend with some snow. After having my car out of action for over a year I'm taking advantage of every nice day. This may be the last for awhile though.
