Well my interchange manual says that the Motor (fan) is the same, 63-64 Dodge to Plymouth, as is the Heater Core and Tank Assembly, Different Compressors....but I doubt that matters, Same Condenser, Same Evaporator Core too. I would guess that if all the guts that go in to your heater box interchange with Ruth's car they are most likely the same. I will check further but I may be out of resources.
