Bill,That is a clear violation of copyright law. Just because something is on the Internet doesn't make it part of the public domain. Just saying...
David M.Philly--I didn't want to be a jerk, but I was pleased and a little miffed at the same time.Got the Dec 2014 edition of Mopar Muscle on Thursday. Was leafing through and saw an article titles Sizziling Sixties. Turn the page (page 42) and there is MY CAR at the bottom of the page! Only thing was...no photo or ownership credit, and I didn't provide it or authorize the photo to be used!I called the editor and he said "We just searched on the internet and found a good picture of that car to use". I guess it's just wild west when it comes to the personal copyright laws using photos.
Anyway after talking with him for a few minutes, he said he would publish the ownership in a future issue.
