The ad states 12 volt replacement, so no resistor needed, just plug 'em in.  Resistors are needed for tail and turn signal bulb replacement so the stock flashers will work in lots of older vehicles, because the old flashers work due to heat caused by current that LEDs do not cause.  Modern flashers do not need that current because they work from a timer circuit.  HOWEVER, many new vehicles tie the lamps into the computer and that opens up a whole new can of worms! 

FWIW, My grand dad always said "Just 'cause you've opened a can of worms don't mean ya have to eat 'em all!"
