mounting a steering wheel 1964 polara

The 64 I have had a crappy grant wheel put in it. I have got a repop steering wheel and the anniversary horn ring and stuff, but I can not find mounting hardware anywhere. I have a few pieces, but I can not figure out how the anniversary piece mounts to it. It has three screws along the bottom not spaced out in a circle. Any help or a complete parts kit I can find?
