Correct me if I'm wrong but looking at these photos I see a 1963 Dodge 330 or 440 2dr sedan, B-body, not a '63 Dodge Dart. The last year for the name Dart on a B-body was 1962. In '63 the Dart name was designated for the A-body. In addition to the 330 & 440 models with this body were the '63 Polara & Polara 500 hardtops.
I see in the interior the console which came from a '64 Polara 500, a '65 Coronet 500, a '64 or '65 Plymouth Sport Fury. The bucket seats with this pattern I've seen used in the '64 Polara 500 & '64 Sport Fury. The instrument cluster is hard to see but appears to be '63 Dodge B-body. Look under the fuel gauge to see if there is a horizontal row of push buttons for the auto trans. If they are absent then this cluster would be from a manual shift car, check the tunnel to see if it was a floor shift, possibly a column shift. I see the brake system has been upgraded to a dual MC, rotary A/C compressor, the radiator is post '65.
Take some time and check the body for rust in all the common places.

Pics of car I am considering
Pristine restoration of every nut and bolt. New 360 I believe. Car is 99% done per a friend of mine.
Asking $18 but I may offer $14k
Not original and he painted painted all chrome black. I don't care about all original and would put different wheels on
Wondering if trim can be restored. Think it should be even if re chromed or polish any aluminum
I am not familiar with this car but like the looks except for yellow and black
Any opinions or advice
Thank you
David
