Bad cable connection on one end or the other
--Just tried firing up my 63 Polara for the first time in a few months. It's not turning over at all. It makes a 'click' but no starter action. The oil light and guages all do what they should. Across the terminals the battery reads 12.25 volts. I guess that's a little low, but when I connect a jump box to it, it makes no difference. Any advice? Bad starter or relay?Thanks.
