Pictures sure can be deceiving.....not even if someone is
trying to hide something.
I just don’t see how people can buy a vehicle sight unseen.
Bet you both enjoyed yourself on the trip even though it was
not a purchasing success.

Well,
it was a nice drive. But the car stayed in Edmonton. The interior that looked so
nice in pictures didn’t look anywhere near as good up close and personal. The
paint was more bronze than the pictures showed, which was fine. BUT… a lot of
dry spray on the rear, and overspray in a number of areas told a different story
than the seller did. A close inspection showed that the dog legs, rear quarters,
and rockers were VERY soft. Minimal finger pressure was all that it took to
elicit a “crunch”. All four tires were dry-rotting, one visibly had the tread
separating. All
in all, too much needed to be done for a car with a $6,000 asking price. We
