Nick, it is a 1963 Dodge 440 4 door sedan.
Now that I think about it...I'm not clear if he wanted the fabric so that an upholsterer can put it on the seats or if he wanted a true "seat cover" -- a cover that fits over the original seat and looks like an early 1960's design but not necessarily is an exact fabric / design match.
