RE: 65 New Yorker motor mount

Common mechanical parts like motor and tranny mounts can be bought easily, online or local. You can bet your local NAPA will have them at a good price, and you can probably see them on the NAPA web site. http://www.napaonline.com/#

I would not get NOS for rubber parts if you can avoid it, since rubber does age. Just bought Anchor brand OEM replacement rubber motor mounts and tranny mount for my '62 wagon. For future use when I do the bottom end sometime in 2014. The mounts look well built, and the price was krazy cheap at about $7 ea. everywhere I looked, NAPA, Summit Racing, eBay.

Now I keep hearing these are hard to find but online they are everywhere but I'm not one to trust everything I read online. I need to know if the ones they sell online at any reputable auto parts dealer will work or should I keep doing some research. Thanks. I'm new to the group so as soon as I figure this thing out ill post pics of the blue 65.
