Re: Detroit Eaton Springs

There is a leaf spring manufacturer in Omaha, Ne.  I have seen his book which list all the various  applications- like sedan, convertible, station wagon, police, with or without air cond.  and their specifications  such as number of leaves in the right spring and the left spring.  I know he has back to at least 1964. That is where I will get mine. He could make SS springs if he had all the specs.. Just a small family owned shop spanning multiple generations..........................MO

Subject: Detroit Eaton Springs

Rear springs and U-bolts arrived this week from Detroit Eaton Springs. Ordered the week before Thanksgiving, pretty fast for something they couldn't just pull off the shelf.  Made in America!

Most def recommend the company, very knowledgeable.  Contacted several other spring sellers and they all wanted to sell me sedan springs.  Wagons rated a bit heavier, hello......
