So if you are running this or a Weiand manifold - Where do you find a nice aluminum thermostat / upper radiator hose neck?
Decided on the carb, but having a heck of a time deciding what I like for an air cleaner.
Decisions, decisions............ ; )

Yes, I think so. I have two reserved.

Tempted to pre-order more than the one I jumped on for Deedee (the wife’s name for our
Dodge Dart).
http://chryslerpower.com/webstore/Poly-SS-Manifold
A good investment! ; )
We met with Foundry Works and dropped off the prototype intake and other required Poly parts for casting measurements and design work on Oct. 14th and we estimate another 2months
before the first manifold is produced; guesstimating late Feb. 2014 as I am accounting for the Christmas Holiday slowdown. I communicate daily with Roland Osbourne of Chrysler Power Magazine (the initiator and impetus of this project) and in weekly conversation
with Javier Vasquez, the engineer/owner of Foundry Works regarding data & design of the new manifold.
Roland Osbourne has priced the pre-production price of the New Poly Air Gap Manifold at $399 + 27 shpg.(bolts & gaskets extra) as a “pre-production” price. The production price
be, as I am told, $599 + shpg. which includes gaskets and bolts. You may place your orders with Roland Osbourne at Chrysler Power Magazine directly at direct 888.548.2282 or via e-mail at
I have copied and pasted a portion of his AD and e-mail correspondence to one pre-production inquiry below;
Pre-production prices are $399 + $27 shipping for the first 100 reservations. Final pricing will be $599
+ $46 so consider it advantageous to pre-order and be the first on your block to slay some giants with your Poly... Coupled with the 625 Demon AVS carburetor pictured, it will rip your head off from idle all the way thru 6 grand!!!
Order today from www.chryslerpower.com or
call 888.548.2282, or contact us at PO Box 790, Quinlan, TX 75474.
This is the prototype mock up now at the fabricator shop for final
accouterments... meanwhile the foundry is in process of commencing the
pattern making process... 10-16 weeks... Pre-production price is $399 +
$27
s&h (bolts and gaskets extra)... Production price is $599 + $46 s&h and
includes bolts and gaskets...
Thanks for your interest!
Roland
I have my order in and will do all I can to make this a reality by helping Roland where I can.

Hey Gary,
When do you anticipate this happening? And how much for a manifold?

Gap Intake and the future of Aluminum Poly Heads
You are not dreaming, I have to pinch myself sometimes as well. No, Edelbrock was not interested when we called them so we did a lot of footwork and visited two foundries in
LA to settle on Foundry Works Inc. They designed & cast the original Bob Walker HEMI manifold from which we patterned our New Poly Air Gap 4bbl. (with Bob’s permission and blessings – nice guy!). This foundry is not just a bunch of guys pouring and making
molds; Javier is a lifelong Mopar guy (his company car is a 1969 Super Bee) and engineer. He also developed and cast the Arias aluminum HEMI heads and has worked with and for some big name racers in R&D. His expertise at building the "proper” intake manifold
by considering the required cross-sectional/taper and runner volume to produce the appropriate intake manifold CFM flow (310-270CFM) for our engines (proper plenum/runner pressure throughout
the manifold is also critical) made him the sensible/right choice for this project.
Secondly, upon subsequent phone conversations, he is excited (truly – only a guy with a Mopar heart can get past the “business” end of things...) to cast a set of High Perfomance
Poly aluminum heads for us! Of course we need to sell enough intakes to pay for the sizeable cost of that project before we consider casting New High Performance aluminum Poly heads.
I guess the bottom line is if we can generate enough pre-orders to pay for the Air Gap manifold project then we (or I...somehow) will launch the High Performance aluminum Poly
heads project. Many of us have been “talking” about an aluminum Poly manifold for some time and now the “time” has come. Roland Osbourne of Chrysler Power Magazine is on the hook for this adventure and I am doing what I can to make sure this manifold project
comes to fruition – lots of hours but then again, I work for free. I don’t see the Poly Air Gap 4bbl. manifold project as some entrepreneurial deal but merely offering a cost-effective alternative to the overpriced E-bay Weiand and to provide a truly superior
intake design for all of us “Polyheads.” Our “better half” may not see it this way, but the joy is in the journey and the fruit of our labor will be smoke pouring from the wheelwells.

WOW Please tell me I'm not dreaming, am I reading this correctly? I'm assuming this is Edelbrock?

cast CNC ported Poly heads we have. Additionally, I am working with an engineer to create a set of HP Poly Aluminum heads should we have sufficient orders and success from our New Poly Air Gap intake introduction.

to alleviate the “whoops â€" I ported through it†as well as increased bowl thickness, redesigned dual quench chambers, spark plug relocation...so I hope all the “Polyheads†out there and new enthusiasts will become energized to make all these projects
reality.

on my dyno sim. Likely be looking for 3.54 rear end instead of the 3.91, too.
