Are any of you California guys familiar with an ARDEN DODGE in Sacramento? According to the original owners manual it’s where my 68 Dart GTS was sold new.

I'm from CA....granted I was born in 1967 but I always remember seeing the license plate frames only on cars that were from where I was from. It was the out of state cars that has those holes drilled in them and those things plastered on them...you know those states where cars rust apart....I'm sure the rust was caused by those dealership tags.
