Went with the KB pistons on the advice of my machinist. At the time the TRW max wedge style pistons were not available as production was moving to India. I was looking to bump up the compression a little and the KB's had a lower pin height. The engine was assembled by the machinist and I know he file fit the rings. Will probably go by his shop tomorrow to talk to him.

The pistons were new KB Hyper-eutectic's.Somewhat surprisingly there was no debris left in the cyl., and no apparent damage to the head.
