RE: 64 Polara Gauges

Might be a Canadian model. Like the 65 Monaco/Polara built in Canada we got different dashes. Polaras and Monacos built in Canada got the Fury dashes. They are kinda square. Where as the ones built in the states got the nice round gauge package. That's just my guess.

Hi Everyone,

Looking into a 64 Polara Convertible and was surprised to find that it has the round gauges in the dash, every one I've seen so far has had the long rectangular speed and smaller rectangular guages for fuel, temp, etc.

Was this an optional dash like the rally option of later years, or specific to a particular model? It's a 318 Poly car...

I think it's a bonus find, like the round gauges much better.

Any insight would be appreciated!
