I put (i think .92") "big block bars in my 65 Coronet 'vert and it rides like a dream. You will not be disappointed. I've always like a firmer feeling suspension, and I was concerned when I bought them myself, but this does not give a harsh ride in the least. It's just right in my opinion.The 3-fingered ball joint and tie rod separator that Harbor Freight sells worked wonders when I did my suspension. Just crank it down and let it sit...might have to persuade the knuckle with a little heat. Don't crank too hard as the tool will break (I broke 2) but it's a great design tool none the less.

Going to order Eaton Detroit rear springs next month.
