Re: Welcome new member - 1964 Dodge

Tony,

First things first, Welcome to the Club!!

Where do you live?  Lets see if we have any members close by to lend assistance in person.  Pictures can misrepresent but, it appears that you probably only have a few small issues to address.  The big stuff looks great!!

What would you say is your worst problem?  What is your most experience on, MoPar, ford, gm or foreign?  What is your mechanical level/ability?  First car working on?  Twisted wrenches on a couple of friends cars?  Pretty well know my way around a car?  Been their dunit and have the scars & T-Shirts?

Sorry so many questions, but this will help with how basic we need to be answering your questions.

Welcome to the 1962 to 1965 Mopar Mail List Clubhouse to a Tony, a 1964 Dodge owner. I think we can help Tony diagnose the mechanical issues to get the Dodge roadworthy.   :)

Below is his introduction.  Here is a link to a picture of his Dodge, which looks like 330 and a great ride!

Thanks,
Gary H

I have owned the car in the picture for about 8 years, sadly I have only driven it four blocks in all that time. It
has numerous mechanical issues and is not street worthy.  -- Tony

Please address private email -- email of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. That is, email your parts/car transactions and negotiations, as well as other personal messages, only to the intended recipient. Do not just press "reply" and send your email to everyone using the general '62-'65 Clubhouse public email address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine-tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
