Assuming your '62 has the 10" drums all around I'm thinking a 1967 Dodge Coronet similarly equipped would probably work.  If I'm wrong someone will hopefully chime in. NAPA, rockauto.com etc. should have the 1967 master and reman booster in stock. If it were me I'd buy a new master cylinder, not a rebuilt. You don't have a "core" booster to trade in though so maybe you can talk to a place like Power Brake Booster Exchange in Portland to see if they will give you credit for the old GM unit toward a Chrysler model.   http://boosterdeweyexchange.com/
