The adrenoline has subsided a bit. The last time I drove a 12 second car was 20 years ago. I doubt Brutus will go quite that fast, but it will be fun finding out! I have never driven a Mopar faster than a stock 383 with 727 Roadrunner. My bet is--I will get used to it in short time 8-) ..........MO{Steve Mick}

He lives a few miles further than" out in the sticks", but he does have a nice paved road a block away. I had a connection in the new 3/8" gas line that was leaking, so I went to fix that. He said he would like to take a ride in it and I wanted to check things out at a little higher speed than the last time. Ol Brutus has no interior except front seat and the exhaust pipes are just a couple foot long. With a 440 engine warmed over and 4 speed with 3:55 rear sure grip---how could you not get on it a little bit.?? OMG-!!-- what have I created !! ???.......................................MO--
