MSD is in fact filing for bankruptcy. I personally don't know how they stayed in business as long as they did. What with the ridiculous prices they charge. Especially their Atomic TBI system. I've been researching EFI systems for close to two years now and the MSD system is not the way to go. FAST EZ EFI is definitely what I would go with, if i could afford one. If you go their forum, MSD has a lot of complaints whereas I have yet to find any major complaints about the FAST product.
