Re: 1960 383 motor for sale



The crank is different in that old 383 because of the cast iron 727 transmission.  It's the first 383 and it was only made for 1959 and 1960.  It's a nice motor if you have the correct car to put it in.  

I can tell you that damn power steering cap was a bitch to find, and they get lost all the time.  For me that is all I would want on it....but as I said...maybe somebody here is looking for one and would like it.  $200 isn't too bad of a price.
