--I haven't been on the tube much lately as I'm actually working on the car. Yeah I am slow as molasses but I like to savor it.I think I have everything in hand or on the way. I have the heads prepped with new rockers from Gary P. I couldn't help myself so I bought a new timing set and have it installed along with the front cover. BTW the old set checked out as well as the new set so if someone wants a used set with about 8k miles or less it'll be dirt cheap! Or less.As I mentioned before the engine bay is painted and ready. I still need to clean the misc bolts and paint a few pieces for the front end area. I decided to assemble the engine and touch it up on the stand as opposed to painting each component first like I usually do. It's still in pretty good shape so this will work fine.I am thinking some radical thoughts right now too. I was planning to use the EFI manifold with the bungs blocked and a 600cfm Eddy until I gather the coins for the EFI set-up. It's not just money but I have to nail down what will work for me. There are many different types and I get a feeling that Eddy will pop with something new in the near future. I think I'll wait and see. My radical thought was that I can re-install my original 2 bbl set-up. It's still intact although the carb was malfunctioning badly when I removed it. Hmmm. That would free up my EFI manifold to start getting it ready for the EFI swap. I would have to pull it and clean out the bungs, etc and that would give me more downtime in the future. Since I'm going "green" and want some big mpg numbers the 2 bbl might be a good interim choice. Feel free to vent your opinions.I'm sending a few pics of my progress as of tonight. I did size them down like Gary H coached me :-)Rich Kinsley '64 Dodge Polara 4dr LeRoar 324 poly w/goodies
