Yes that rust is warning flag, plus the statement "Amazing frame off" -- on a car that does not have a frame. This makes me question other areas of the description. Still, even with those cautions, it is very cool Mopar. The price guides for a #1 condition example of this 880 model give a range around $17,350.00.
