I can not say for sure on the early part, but I suspect so, I have had
two 62s and one of them did have the floating type mounts in
it,,,,,,,

I just parted out a very rusty (most rusted out car I've ever worked on) '62 Fury four door sedan. I got several good trim pieces though, for my max wedge car (a Sport Fury). I have a couple of questions. I wanted to save the 727 so braved getting under the thing on jack stands. I was lucky because the left front frame rail disintegrated later as I pulled the motor and trans out, and the car collapsed...with me NOT under it. Anyway, having owned and worked on several '62 B bodies, I was still a little surprised by a few things. The transmission mount was a round donut with a single hour-glass shaped bolt going up through it. The engine mounts (318 poly) were the "floating power" type. Every other one I had contact with had mounts like a '63-'65, with an intermediate bracket between the flat K-member pads and the angled upper mounts. Was this an early one, or was it a certain plant that used these mounts, or? Just wondering. -- -- Please address private email -- email of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
